Dairy Farm Worker

**Junior Role**: Farm Executive

**Role Purpose**: To assist in farm monitoring, training, and support activities during regular farm visits, while learning sales and advisory functions under supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct scheduled farm visits and collect basic farm data (milk yield, feeding records, animal health observations).
- Assist in implementation of SOPs and farm improvement measures.
- Train and guide farm staff on daily routines like feeding, calf care, and milking hygiene.
- Report farm observations with photos and updates to the central team.
- Support sales activities by introducing company products and services to farmers.
- Build strong relationships with farmers for repeat business.

**Qualifications**: - B.Sc. (Dairy Science / Agriculture / Animal Husbandry) or Diploma in Livestock/Dairy Management.
- Freshers or 0-2 years of experience.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong interest in dairy farming.
- Basic knowledge of cow/buffalo management.
- Eagerness to learn, with good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-field.

Compensation: - 15000/- (entry level) + travel allowance + sales commission performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,478.89 per month
