We’re now expanding our team and looking for a reliable, sharp, and growth-focused **E-commerce Executive** to join our core operations team.

**Role: E-commerce Executive**
You will play a key role in ensuring our orders are packed and shipped smoothly, inventory is well managed, and customers receive a delightful experience. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly impacts our brand’s performance.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily order processing, label generation (via Shopify, Shiprocket, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records on Google Sheets
- Coordinate with courier partners and handle NDRs, returns, and exchanges
- Supervise packers and ensure timely & safe dispatch of all orders
- Confirm COD orders by calling customers
- Track incoming inventory and update stock levels
- Prepare daily and weekly operations reports
- Raise alerts for low stock, delays, or any issues in workflow

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or warehouse/operations role
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
- Takes initiative and is comfortable managing people and processes
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar platforms
- Prior work at a D2C brand or in a gifting/retail business
- Basic understanding of returns/exchange processes
