**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly competent and self-driven **Chief Legal Officer (CLO)** to lead and manage our legal operations, particularly in the areas of **Trademark, Copyright, and Patent Registration**, as well as broader **Corporate Legal Services**. This is a senior-level position requiring deep legal knowledge, leadership ability, and direct reporting to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all **Trademark, Copyright, and Patent** matters for clients.
- Provide strategic direction on **corporate legal services**, including compliance, contracts, litigation, and advisory.
- Ensure all legal procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and client communications.
- **Report daily to the CEO** with updates, legal strategies, and client case statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal tasks and client handling.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- Minimum **3-7 years of experience** in IPR and Corporate Law.
- Strong knowledge of **IPR filing procedures**, corporate compliance, and legal drafting.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead a team when required.
- Proficiency in legal tools, portals, and client management systems.

Pay: ₹13,401.24 - ₹75,000.00 per month
