**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **astronomical observations**, telescope training, and equipment demonstrations during evening and night sessions at SPACE sites.
- Maintain the **quality standards** of program delivery and participant engagement.
- Plan and execute **client sessions, activities, and events** as per the agenda and timeline.
- Organize and facilitate **outreach programs** under the banner of SPACE India.
- Represent the organization in **media interactions**, talk shows, and write-ups (as per company media policy).
- Actively promote **astronomy and space science education** through various platforms.
- Coordinate and participate in public engagement events such as fairs, quizzes, observations, and public watch events.
- Use diverse, **student-centered teaching methodologies** to suit various learning styles and encourage active participation.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 2 years of teaching/training experience.
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Office tools**.
- Basic understanding of **research and PR activities**.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging narratives.
