**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh**

**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and cultivating potential customers. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and converting leads into successful sales. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and effectively explaining their features and benefits.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and information to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products/services to address those needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including progress towards targets and potential obstacles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role. Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Basic knowledge of [industry/niche] products/services is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
