**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver grocery orders from the store to customers on time.
- Ensure accurate order handling and verify items before delivery.
- Maintain communication with store staff and customers regarding order status.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good condition.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Valid [Motorcycle/Bike] license.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider (preferred but not mandatory).
- Own a two-wheeler with valid documents (if required).
- Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weight grocery bags.
- Smartphone with GPS/navigation apps.
