**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs, create and maintain accurate medical records, and ensure thorough documentation of all care provided.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and manage patient responses to treatments and medications, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment, adhering to infection control and hospital protocols.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' rights and preferences are respected and upheld.
- Assist in emergency situations, providing immediate care and participating in life-saving interventions.
- Support the nursing team by contributing to staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional development by participating in relevant workshops, seminars, and continuous education opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- BCS and MSc in Nursing, ANM, GNM can apply
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Solid understanding of nursing principles, practices, and ethical standards.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic computer skills for accurate recordkeeping and communication.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
