Incorporate measurements and building codes for construction, use CAD software to print schematics for use by architects, building contractors, and engineers, and enter CAD data to create 3-D design models. **Key Deliverables**: - Proficiency in CAD is a must and knowledge in 3D software like Sketch up will be appreciated. - Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and architectural and construction detailing. Ability to manage, organize and layout drawing requirements. - Measurements and CAD drawings of properties acquired by the company with utmost accuracy. Visit construction sites to collect measurements and prepare survey drawings as per requirement. - Documentation of site conditions in forms of photographs and sketches. - Closely work with the Real estate team to help them with their requirements of 2D plans for sale and other purposes. - Basic knowledge to identify and highlight structural, mechanical and plumbing conditions at site. **Key Competencies**: - Willing to travel for sites. - Good communication skills. **Employee Benefits**: - BHIVE has a very strong benefits policy including an employee-friendly ESOP policy in place.
