Jeetech Academy is a leading coaching institute providing courses like Digital Marketing, Data Science, Web Development, Data Analytics, MEAN Stack and MERN Stack Development, programming languages like Python, Java, C, C++ and many more. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Counsellor (Telecaller) to join our team. As an Education Counsellor (Telecaller), you will be responsible for promoting our courses to students and driving up conversion rates by following up with students who have already enquired about our courses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promoting our courses to potential students over the phone
- Following up with students who have already enquired about our courses
- Providing information and guidance to students on our courses and their benefits
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Providing counselling to students about the courses provided by us
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in education counselling or telesales
- A good understanding of IT-related courses
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A positive and resilient attitude
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
**Salary**: ₹12,495.20 - ₹35,330.57 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- 4 years of total work (preferred)
- 4 years of education sector work (preferred)
