- Train employees.
- Maintain the production schedule.
- Evaluate production efficiency.
- Determine the quality of goods before shipping.
- Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
- Report preparation
- Searches for the most efficient technical solutions
- Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports
- Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured within quoted and budgeted man hours.
- Identify potential shortfall in workshop capacity and communicate to management. Suggest
- Overtime requirements with management as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
