**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp for commercial projects and showroom designs.**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and interior designers to create designs that meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Produce high-quality renderings and presentations for client review and approval.
- Ensure that designs are aligned with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather information and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Assist in the development of design concepts and space planning.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the construction and installation phases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion.
- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial projects or showroom design.**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp with relevant project experience.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting in showroom design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience working with high-end or luxury brands.
