Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Presentation Creation:

- Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure presentations are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Utilize Excel to manage and analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer demographics, and sales trends.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future marketing activities.
- Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Compile and present research findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Content Creation:

- Assist in creating and managing content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Executive or similar position.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing or relevant fields.
