Job Description:
Vidya Samasta is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our educational products and services. We are looking for a talented individual who can drive sales, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Present and demonstrate our educational products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and expand market reach.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Vidya Samasta and expand professional networks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational advancements, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
