We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator to join our reputable plastic surgery office. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in handling telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and generating leads.

Your exceptional communication and marketing skills will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service and promoting our services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle telephone inquiries and provide accurate information about our plastic surgery services.

Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits for prospective and existing clients.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Actively engage in lead generation activities, utilizing your marketing skills to promote our services to potential clients.

Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing guidance throughout their journey.

Collaborate with the plastic surgery team to ensure seamless coordination of appointments, procedures, and post-operative care.

Maintain and update client records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in plastic surgery procedures and techniques.

Assist with various administrative tasks as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
