**Role Description**

This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Airolus Academy. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.

**Mode**: On-site

**Location**: Dwarka Sector 8

**Duration**: 3 months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that align with the academy's vision and objectives.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends to build community engagement.
- Research industry trends to propose innovative content ideas.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.
- Support the creation of visuals, including graphics and videos, for posts and stories.

**What we're looking for**:

- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
