Job Requirement:

- The in-house Photographer and Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality, visually appealing images and videos of floral arrangements, products, and the boutique’s overall aesthetic. Styling the products is a key part of the role to ensure that each shoot aligns with the brand’s image, creating content that enhances the boutique’s visual presence on social media, website, and marketing materials.
## **Key Responsibilities**:
### **1. Product Photography and Videography**:

- **Photograph and film floral arrangements**: Capture clear, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing photos and videos of floral arrangements, bouquets, and products in the boutique.
- **Focus on styling**: Ensure the styling of the flowers, props, and background complements the boutique’s branding, emphasizing the beauty and details of each floral design.
- **Wide range of formats**: Capture various types of content, such as close-ups of individual flowers, wide shots of entire arrangements, behind-the-scenes footage, and time-lapse videos.
- **Lighting**: Utilize natural and studio lighting effectively to highlight the colors, textures, and intricacies of the flowers.
- **Seasonal shoots**: Plan and execute photoshoots that reflect the season, holiday promotions, or themed events (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings).

### **2. Product Styling**:

- **Creative styling of floral products**: Ensure all flowers, plants, vases, and props are artistically arranged to highlight their visual appeal, balancing colors, textures, and shapes.
- **Work with florists and designers**: Collaborate with the floral design team to understand how the flowers and products should be styled for shoots, ensuring their designs are faithfully represented.
- **Set design**: Design and create backdrops, props, and settings for photography that enhance the floral arrangements without overshadowing them.

### **3. Video Content Creation**:

- **Create engaging videos**: Shoot and edit videos for promotional content, tutorials, and advertisements. This can include unboxing videos, how-to floral arrangement guides, or promotional clips for social media.
- **Time-lapse videos**: Capture time-lapse videos of the floral arrangements being created, showcasing the process from start to finish.
- **Behind-the-scenes content**: Film the process of creating floral arrangements or preparing for a photoshoot, giving customers a glimpse into the artistry behind the boutique’s work.

### **4. Post-production (Editing and Retouching)**:

- **Photo editing**: Use software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop to enhance the photos, adjusting color balance, brightness, contrast, and retouching as needed to create professional-quality images.
- **Video editing**: Edit raw footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, cutting, trimming, adding effects, and ensuring smooth transitions to produce high-quality videos.
- **Consistency in output**: Ensure all images and videos have consistent color grading, lighting, and editing style that aligns with the brand's aesthetic.

### **5. Social Media & Marketing Support**:

- **Collaborate with marketing team**: Work closely with the marketing team to create a content calendar, ensuring that photos and videos are produced for specific campaigns or promotions.
- **Content for social media**: Produce images and videos specifically for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and the website. Create content tailored for posts, reels, stories, and ads.
- **Understand target audience**: Have a clear understanding of the brand’s target customers and create content that appeals to them, ensuring the tone, style, and theme align with customer expectations.

### **6. Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- **Maintain equipment**: Regularly check and maintain cameras, lighting, and other photography and videography equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
- **Set up for shoots**: Set up and break down shooting spaces, adjusting lighting and equipment based on the project requirements.
- **Props and backdrops**: Maintain a collection of props, backgrounds, and other materials that can be used to enhance the photography and videography experience.

### **7. Product Knowledge and Creative Direction**:

- **Understand the product line**: Stay informed about new arrivals, floral designs, and trends in the floral industry to help plan photoshoots that reflect the latest offerings.
- **Creative input**: Provide creative ideas and input to the team on how to present the boutique’s floral arrangements in the most visually appealing and marketable way.
- **Seasonal and promotional photography**: Work with the team to come up with creative ways to showcase seasonal offerings, special deals, or limited-time products through photos and videos.
