- Responsible for troubleshooting customer Grievances/Complaints.
- Visiting Customer’s house for giving Service for Domestic AC
- Manage call assign respectively and provide better service experience.
- Assisting in installing the equipment, analyzing, inspecting and identifying solution to the problem.
- Reviewing the repairs, the products part, testing and maintaining equipment i.e. Part installed etc.
- Service engineer needs to monitors performance of the product & provide guidance on maintaining the product.
- Develops and maintains good relations with the customers.
- Creating awareness about our AMC plan & Upselling.
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
