**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, demand planning, or supply chain planning to join our team as a Kinaxis Trainee. This is a great opportunity to transition into the rapidly growing space of supply chain digital transformation using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and support implementation and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand current planning processes and pain points.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, and solution testing activities.
- Assist in modeling and mapping supply chain processes in Kinaxis.
- Support the creation of dashboards, alerts, and what-if analysis scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and support day-to-day planning issues in coordination with business users.
- Provide documentation and user training support as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **manufacturing planning, demand planning, or supply chain planning**.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts like forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and production planning.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
- Interest or basic knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse is an added advantage.
