**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.
- Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and smart ad placements for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Solid understanding of PPC strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Pixel setup.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
