**_ Prepare and file corporate, partnership, estate, and individual tax returns. Prepare multistate income allocations for businesses and individuals._**
**_ Assumes responsibility for smooth flow of tax returns through the tax preparation system (US) to ensure accurate, complete and timely preparation and delivery of all clients’ tax returns. Performs technical tax review and final approval of all tax returns and of any complexity._**
**_ Develops a professional relationship with the client and serves as the main point-of-contact to the client and ensures the client is fully informed of engagement progress._**
**_ Responsible for all the Accounting work for the US CPA firm as assigned with mastery in QuickBooks_**
