Production Planning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: o Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives. o Coordinate with the procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets. o Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to address any delays or issues.

2. Inventory Control: o Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. o Track material usage and forecast future requirements based on production schedules and sales forecasts. o Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for inventory transactions.

3. In-House Control: o Monitor and control in-house production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. o Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production to improve overall efficiency. o Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

4. Coordination and Communication: o Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials. o Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality standards. o Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
