Post Sales Executive for a renowned real estate developer in Vile Parler - Atharv Infra LLP
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent after-sales service to customers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from booking to possession.
- Assist customers in understanding and managing payment plans, including coordination with finance teams and banks for loan disbursal.
- Handle all documentation related to property transactions, such as stamp duty, registration, and other legal formalities.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of documentation and smooth handover of the property.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless post-sales processes.
- Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding post-sales services, including property maintenance, community services, and facilities.
- Stay updated on real estate regulations, stamp duty rules, and registration processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a post-sales or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of payment plans, loan disbursal procedures, stamp duty, and property registration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
