**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address academic, personal, and social concerns.
- Assist students in setting educational and career goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
- Identify students' needs and provide tailored support or referrals to appropriate resources and services.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to monitor and support students' academic and emotional progress.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Stay updated on educational programs, career trends, and mental health practices to provide relevant and effective advice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in counseling, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of student development, mental health issues, and academic advising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Certification in counseling (preferred).
