Key Responsibilities:
Design and install balloon décor including arches, columns, garlands, centerpieces, and custom creations

Collaborate with clients and event planners to bring their vision to life

Safely handle and transport balloons, helium tanks, and tools

Set up and dismantle balloon installations at event venues

Ensure timely completion of decorations on event days

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and materials

Stay updated with the latest balloon trends and techniques

**Requirements**:
Creativity and an eye for color, design, and detail

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, climbing ladders, and long hours standing

Good communication and customer service skills

Previous experience in balloon decorating or event styling is a plus, but not required

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Knowledge of different balloon types (latex, foil, orbz, etc.)

Familiarity with balloon tools (electric inflators, tying tools, framing materials)

Basic crafting or floral design skills

Driving license (for traveling to event venues)

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
