**Qualifications and Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales software
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities and generate leads
- Familiarity with the sales process and negotiation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Identify new opportunities for business growth
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

**Salary**: ₹15,750.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
