**RESPONSIBILTIES**

**1.** Meets with client to pitch design proposals.

**2.** Develops ideas as per client requirements.

**3.** Prepare drawings and other necessary architectural/ interiors.

**4.** Ensures that projects are carried out according to safety standards and regulations.

**5.** Coordinate with construction professional and project teams.

**6.** Regularly reports on project progress by way of site visits.

**7.** Determines the clients goals and requirements for the project.

**8.** Creates a timeline for the interior design project and estimates project costs.

**9.** Designs and recommends finishes, materials and fixtures.

**10.** Demonstrates and maintains an understanding of existing external and internal fashion trends.

**11.** Conduct research to ensure technical feasibility of plans.

**12.** Meets with clients regularly to discuss the programs of the project.

**13.** Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

**14.** Take the brief to identity clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

**15.** Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact.

**16.** Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.

**17.** Compile project specifications.

**18.** Keep within budgets and timelines.

**19.** Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building costs (codes) guidelines and regulations.

**20.** Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.

**21.** Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.

**22.** Follow architectural trends and advancement.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**1.** Minimum 5 to 7 years of architectural experience or similar.

**2.** Bachelors degree in architectural or related field/ bachelors degree in interior design or related field.

3. Excellent technical drawing skills.

4. Proficient in MS office and program such as auto-cad.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations.

7. Excellent creative and visualization skills.

8. Attention to detail.

9. Proficient in illustrator, sketch-up and other Auto
- cad, designs software.

10. Experience in Auto
- cad with 3D modeling capabilities.

11. Excellent communication skills great project management skills.

12. Team player.

13. Proven working experience as an architect.

14. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

15. Expert knowledge of building products construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

16. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (adobe photo-shop, sketch-up, 3D studio or similar.

17. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in 3 dimensions.

18. Visual awareness and an eye for detail.

19. Communication and project management skills.

20. BS degree in architecture.

22. Liaising with construction professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers quantity surveyors and architectural technologies.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 8 years (preferred)
- Interior design: 9 years (preferred)
