Job Description - Costing Engineer

To prepare material breakdown, tooling breakdown, & Cost sheets for engineering

changes.

Labor time analysis and SMV’s (Standard Minute Value) preparation for projects.

Maintain and track history SMV’s as per ECN and new RFQ.

Check project received data (Drawings, BOM’s, specs ) and contact cross functional

department for technical support & review.

Ensure the VA / VE is utilized to minimize costs and maximize productivity and quality.

Participate in reviews to optimize product / production processes, assembly and or

quality.

Software Knowledge - Capital Harness XC (Costing), MS Project.

Other Details:
Engineering Graduate - Electrical & Electronics I preferred.

Wiring Harness design exp. 3-5 years

Good Team player, energetic & communication skill

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- wiring Quality: 7 years (preferred)
