**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and laundry attendants.
- Assign duties and inspect work to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
- Schedule staff rotations and approve time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify any maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for employees and guests.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field, with at least [insert number] years of supervisory experience preferred.
