As a Telecaller at Jtwisdom Technology Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone to promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of introducing our products and services.

2. **Product Knowledge**: Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

3. **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain rapport with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

4. **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage potential clients to consider our offerings.

5. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and information gathering.

6. **Follow-up**: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.

7. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented.

**Requirements**:
1. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

2. **Customer Focus**: Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

3. **Sales Acumen**: Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to effectively sell products over the phone.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
