**Job Title**: Equity Dealer
**Location**: Chennai
**Department**: Trading/Dealing
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant certifications may also apply)
**Education**: Graduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Economics); **NISM Series VIII **Certification (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trade Execution**:

- Execute client orders accurately across equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
- Monitor market trends to provide clients with real-time trading opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Interact with clients to understand their trading requirements and provide advisory support.
- Ensure excellent client servicing and timely resolution of trade-related queries.
- **Risk Management**:

- Monitor client exposure, ensure adherence to margin policies, and manage risk limits.
- Keep clients updated on regulatory and compliance matters.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, stock-specific developments, and macroeconomic news.
- Share regular reports and insights to help clients make informed decisions.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all trades comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain reports for trade audits and client reviews.

**Key Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of equity and derivative markets.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- NISM Series VIII Certification (mandatory).
- Certifications in Technical or Fundamental Analysis (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Performance bonus
