Purpose

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for new logins of customers via organic search, driving continued improvements in traffic, sales, and overall search engine performance. You will need to work collaboratively with the Development team and content writer to help achieve collective SEO goals, supporting the delivery and success of the overall SEO strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the core traffic and acquisition of customers from organic search
- Forecast the trend and report it directly to the CEO
- Supporting all the work with the legal content writer to maintain and improve our strong position and rankings within the credit monitoring organic search results in an increasingly competitive and disruptive marketplace
- Lead and manage the content production process to support SEO growth, working closely with the content and website teams
- Utilize content growth to support the improvement of our overall search rankings
- Manage the process for technical website changes to support SEO and optimize the technical site health

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in SEO and all the core disciplines required to deliver improvements in overall organic search performance
- Strong technical SEO ability, with knowledge of the key technical factors which impact organic results
- Knowledge of on-site web development, with the ability to understand the key changes required to improve site performance and manage this with on-site teams
- Experience in developing high-quality and engaging content, with proven results for improving organic search traffic and site performance
- Experience using SEO monitoring tools to understand overall organic performance
- Strong skills with reporting and data analytics, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to wider team and senior leadership.
- Google Analytics and Search Console experience is essential
- Google ads and Facebook ads knowledge..
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
