On -Floor training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding.
- Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public

spaces.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or trainer role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Willing to travel for 15-20 days a month
- Experience in Hotels/hospitals/Facility Management
- Good Communication skills and a smart Personality

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
