- End to end testing delivery through Agile teams
- Manage & support QA process and schedule
- Ensuring adaption of Agile & DevOps methodologies
- Working with development manager to agree release schedules
- Proving regular updates to the development manager and stakeholders regarding testing progress.

**What will you be doing?**
- Delivering Product change by actively participating the daily stand ups, Sprint planning and product backlogs meetings.
- Building effective working relationship with the product owners and deliver the change for Large Holdings system.
- Managing the impact assessment for the proposed change in the integrated technology environment, in particular understanding the impact of the proposed changes on all upstream and downstream systems.
- Delivery of agreed change to time, quality and cost parameters.
- Attending all the Agile ceremonies (e.g. Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc).
- Providing mentoring for new joiners within the team.
- Asses team readiness of Agile and proactively managing any gaps to ensure good agile delivery.
- Implement and act and assess team delivery utilizing the DevOps tools.
- Act as a point of contact with business users and manage UAT phases.
- Take ownership of UAT issues and communicate status clearly to the stakeholders.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 8+ years of total IT experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Automation testing projects.
- Experience with SQL, Unix and Advanced SQL.
- Good to have knowledge on the ETL testing.
- Able to understand and derive the Functional and Non-functional testing requirement.
- Should have knowledge of QA Automation framework and any scripting language.
- Able to work well with IT developers in multiple locations and across other teams.
- Knowledge of Agile development ‘best practices’ and the QA engagement strategy using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem solving skills, able to shift priorities quickly.
- Values-based approach.
- Ability to understand architecture and derive the impact of change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be independent and creative in approach to problems and issues and be proactive.
- Ability to train others.
- Flexible and hard working.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience working in the Compliance or Risk domains.
- Experience with TDD and BDD testing framework.
- Experience with JIRA, QC for Project and task tracking.

Hands on experience with any scheduling tool.
