**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

Location: Domjur, West Bengal
Experience: 1—1.5 Years’

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology preferred.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of fencing products and welded mesh. The role requires hands-on supervision of shop floor activities, ensuring smooth production, high-quality output, and timely delivery of products while maintaining strict safety and efficiency standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality check to be done four times a day.
- Attendance to be checked and monitored.
- Regular line walk throughout the shift to check workers are on the designated machines.
- Strictly monitor that no safety protocols are broken.
- Escalate matters whenever target production is not met or QC issues happens or in case of breakdown.
- End of the shift, production report is to be submitted audited by factory manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology preferred.
- 1-1.5 years of supervisory experience in steel products/wire & mesh/fencing manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of welded mesh, wire drawing, galvanizing, and fencing product processes.
- Good understanding of production planning, manpower handling, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet tight deadlines.
