Create a content calendar for each Social media handle of all school. Create at least 20 posts per month about special days, engagement posts with help of agency
- Ensure school teams post at least 10 posts in a month about activities and events conducted at school. Ensure posts are proof-read and posted by school team
- Ensure each school publishes newsletters every month. Guide them on content from their school and create content from management and central marketing team that can be published in newsletters (1 per month)
- Ensure Ads used in Digital Marketing are planned on time and approved. Coordinate with Digital Marketing manager and Creative person to ensure all topics on a school are covered (min 2 campaign per month)
- Ensure PR articles are prepared in each school for the month. Coordinate with PR agency to carry out articles in renowned publications of the city
- Campaign plan for each to be followed as per pre-decided plan, communication to be ready
- Blogs for each school to be prepared every month on academics, HSCP content. Ensure Blogs have essential keywords to be appeared in SEO - 2 blogs per school per month
- Create campaigns for REN IP’s like Lead By Example, Tirangaa and share SOP to School teams
- Work with design agency and creative resources to get Creative jobs done in time for campaigns.
- Script writing for Audio visuals from school and central marketing team
- Creation of training material for MA Training in coordination with Academics team, HSCP team, Operations team
- Ensure Websites of each school are up-to-date with audio, video and picture updates from schools - proofread all posts before going live
- Ensure communication to all existing & prospective parents on Events, Activities, sent from the school team. Check on correctness of language and
- Report and document all PR activities in each school by coordinating with Principals and Parent Relations Manager.
- Manage billing and payment details of Marketing communication related spends with agencies and vendors

Job Location: Brigade Road, Bangalore

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
