Essential Duties and Responsibilities_
1. Audit the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects against stated process.

2. Lead the planning and coordination of activities on multiple projects, with project team, customers and subcontractors.

3. Track project cost, schedule, deliverables, quality and performance objectives and provide timely reports on progress to management.

4. Assist with environmental, health and safety planning, maintaining a safe workplace, safety awareness and training, accident investigations and reporting, and implementing safe and environmentally sound work practices.

5. Ensure project procedure compliance and document control.

7. Understand. Create. Simplify.

8. Other duties as assigned.
- Required Qualifications_
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in related field

10+ years of experience supporting project work

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including MS Project

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)
- Preferred Qualifications_
OHSA Safety Qualification knowledge

Utility, commercial, or industrial contracts experience

Knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with Deltek Vision software
