Position Summary
- As a Graphic Designer, you will have a significant impact on crafting visually captivating and intuitive designs for Mithi's product websites and marketing materials. Your role involves conceptualizing and creating original ideas, aiming to improve usability and tackle intricate design obstacles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As part of the sales team, your role will include the following in either a lead or a collaborative role:_
- Work on UI design of Mithi product websites and create captivating marketing materials, including presentations, videos, logos, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and visually appealing customer experiences.
- Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring ease of use to complex design issues.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communication materials.
- Assist in photography and image editing, ensuring high-quality visual assets are available for various marketing and promotional materials.
- Provide support in video editing and animation projects, creating dynamic and visually compelling videos to convey brand messages and product features.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design skills and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and visual content that align with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Upholding professionalism and ethical conduct in all customer and partner interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Portfolio of Diverse Design Projects: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print designs, animations, and multimedia projects.
- Adobe Photoshop: Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual elements and graphics.
- Autodesk SketchBook: Skill in using Autodesk SketchBook for digital illustration and concept creation.
- Figma: Experience in using Figma for collaborative interface design and prototyping.
- UI & UX Design: Knowledge and expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.
- Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software to create captivating marketing videos.
- Typography Mastery: Proficiency in typography, including knowledge of various font styles, pairing, and hierarchy, to create visually harmonious and readable designs.
- Motion Graphics: Skill in creating eye-catching motion graphics and animations for use in marketing videos and interactive elements.
- Print Design: Experience in designing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, adhering to print guidelines and specifications.
- Color Theory: Understanding of color theory and the ability to use color effectively to evoke emotions and create visually appealing designs.
- Illustration Skills: Proficiency in hand drawing and digital illustration to create custom and unique illustrations for various design projects.
- Experience in Multimedia Design: Prior experience in multimedia design, including the ability to work with various media types such as images, audio, and video for multimedia projects.
- Understanding of Marketing Concepts: Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies to design visual content that aligns with marketing objectives and effectively communicates brand messages.
- Ability to Handle Multiple Projects: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of the cloud computing industry and related technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
