As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with our development and marketing teams to deliver engaging digital products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop and implement intuitive UI/UX design strategies.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsive design.
- Ensure design consistency and maintain brand guidelines across all digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure cohesive final products.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
- Conduct user testing to identify design improvements and enhance user satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of professional web design experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Expertise with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating proven experience in creating engaging web designs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Understanding of frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
