**Job Summary**:
The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of car brands. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repairs efficiently while adhering to company quality standards. The technician must be capable of handling both routine service tasks and more complex mechanical or electrical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection & Diagnosis**: Perform thorough vehicle inspections to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and systems.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Carry out routine services such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake adjustments, tire rotations, and fluid level checks.
- **Mechanical & Electrical Repairs**: Repair and replace defective vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electronic systems.
- **Multi-Brand Expertise**: Work on a variety of car brands, understanding specific repair techniques for different manufacturers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers to explain vehicle issues and service recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all repairs meet the company’s quality standards and are completed within the estimated time.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and vehicle service history for future reference.
- **Tools & Equipment**: Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and diagnostic equipment.

**Skills Required**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automobile mechanics and electrical systems, particularly across multiple car brands.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently.
- **Communication**: Clear communication skills to liaise with customers and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure all work is performed to a high standard and according to manufacturer guidelines.
- **Teamwork**: Work effectively within a team to manage service loads and share technical knowledge.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certification**: Certification from a recognized automobile training institute or specific car brand certifications (if applicable).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in an automotive service environment, particularly in multi-brand car service centers.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems used in modern cars.
