_**Key responsibilities**:_
- _Manage a team of production staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing feedback, and_ _coaching_ _as needed_
- _Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand, ensuring the attainment of production goals on time, and within budget_
- _Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure that they are operating smoothly, and efficiently, identifying and resolving issues as they arise_
- _Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality_
- _Maintain inventory levels and ensure the adequate allocation of all resources, including materials, and equipment_
- _Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a healthy work environment for all staff_
- _Monitor production metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement and report regularly to senior management on production performance_
- _Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve production processes, and operations_
- **Qualifications**:_
- _A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field_
- _Min. 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role_
- _Strong technical abilities and knowledge of production processes, and equipment_
- _Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, and inspire teams_
- _Superb problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with an adeptness at identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively_
- _Strong communication and_ _interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with associates, senior management and other stakeholders_
- _Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a proficiency in balancing multiple priorities, and deadlines_
- _A commitment to continuous improvement and a strong focus on optimising production processes, and operations_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
