**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Implement Training Programs**: Develop and deliver training programs for automotive technicians, focusing on practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- **Teach Automotive Systems**: Instruct trainees on the inspection and repair of various automotive systems, such as engines, brakes, and air-conditioning systems.
- **Demonstrate Tools and Equipment**: Show trainees how to use different tools and equipment used in automotive repair and maintenance.
- **Provide Practical Instruction**: Offer hands-on training on diagnostic techniques and the proper usage of diagnostic equipment.
- **Monitor and Evaluate Performance**: Assess trainee performance and progress, providing feedback as necessary.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest developments in the automotive industry and integrate these into the training curriculum.
- **Prepare for Certification Exams**: Assist trainees in preparing for certification exams in the automotive field.
- **Ensure Safety Standards**: Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- **Develop Training Materials**: Create and maintain training materials and manuals.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in automotive training or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and instructional skills, knowledge of the latest automotive technologies, and the ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
