**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing work, to ensure compliance with project specifications, design requirements, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, architects, and subcontractors to plan and execute interior construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify defects or deficiencies, and ensure that workmanship meets established standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring that materials, equipment, and manpower are available as needed to support project activities.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and contractors, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns that arise.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site, ensuring that all workers and subcontractors adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, and provide documentation as needed for project closeout.
- Assist with punch list and final inspections, addressing any outstanding issues or deficiencies and ensuring that projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
