**Role Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations**
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Safely handle and transport goods, ensuring no damage during transit.
- Maintain delivery records, including customer signatures and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.

**Sales Support**
- Assist customers in-store by providing product information and addressing inquiries.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage cash or digital payments accurately.

**Inventory and Stock Management**
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock in the store.
- Keep the store shelves stocked, clean, and well-organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.

**Customer Service**
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping and delivery experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

**Operational Support**
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards during delivery and in-store operations.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, as needed.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and operational goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, delivery, or store operations is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if applicable).
- Physical stamina to lift and move goods during delivery and store operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,099.80 - ₹30,981.73 per month
