Job Description - Store Incharge:
As a Store Incharge, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of a store.Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Order new items as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods.

2. **Staff Supervision**:

- Schedule and assign duties to store staff.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current staff.
- Implement financial quotas based on business goals.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Create strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

4. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records of inward and outward stock movements.
- Track usage, reordering levels, and prevent stockouts.

5. **Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze store sales data using tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends.

6. **Material Procurement** (for construction-related roles):

- Procure materials within the temporary applicant pool.
- Find new suppliers and materials.
- Maintain material records and reconcile with software systems.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location - Karanodai

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
