**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our software development services and increase online visibility.
- Manage and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize the website and landing pages to improve SEO performance and user experience.
- Analyze and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create and manage social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and post engaging content regularly.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO and is aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor and engage with online communities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive leads and conversions through digital channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0.6 months - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an IT services or software development company.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
