**Position - Power BI Architect**

**Location - Vadapalani, Chennai (WFO)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of business intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs and business requirements.
- Architect and implement robust data pipelines and analytics workflows using **Databricks**.
- Design and develop enterprise-level **Cognos** reports and dashboards for key business users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
- Ensure efficient integration of data from multiple sources into BI platforms, ensuring high data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes in **Databricks**.
- Optimize **Cognos** reporting and dashboards for improved performance and scalability.
- Manage the full lifecycle of BI architecture from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work with data engineers and data scientists to support data-driven decision-making across business units.
- Provide expertise and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in BI architecture, Cognos, and Databricks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI technologies, including advancements in **Databricks**, **Cognos**, and cloud platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of **7+ years** of experience in business intelligence architecture, with at least 2**+ years** of experience working with **Cognos** and **Databricks**.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions with **IBM Cognos Analytics**.
- Proficiency in working with **Databricks**, **Apache Spark**, **Python**, and related data processing technologies.
- Solid understanding of **data modeling**, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of BI tools and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL**, **Python**, and experience with **Big Data** and **Data Lake** technologies.
- Proven ability to work in an agile development environment, handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with **cloud BI tools** and data visualization platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹923,671.16 - ₹3,000,000.55 per year
