MMPL is seeking a skilled **Lab Chemist** to join our team and contribute to our mission of producing sand with 'Nil' Clay content. As a Lab Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting various chemical and physical tests on samples, analyzing data, and maintaining quality standards. **Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Lab Chemist or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of chemical analysis techniques and laboratory equipment.
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing test results.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a laboratory setting.
- Experience with quality control processes and documentation.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct chemical and physical tests on samples to determine their composition and properties.
- Analyze test results using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of test data, including quality control documentation.
- Provide technical support to production teams and assist in troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new testing methods and improve existing processes.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in laboratory testing techniques.
- Train and mentor junior lab technicians.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
