**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials.

2. Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.

3. Source materials primarily from vendors like JSW, SAIL, etc.

4. Prepare and issue purchase orders as per requirements.

5. Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery.

6. Coordinate with transporters for logistics and shipment planning.

7. Monitor dispatches and track shipment status.

8. Handle documentation related to procurement and transportation.

9. Manage billing and invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness.

10. Maintain vendor data, purchase records, and delivery schedules.

11. Ensure materials are delivered as per specification and timelines.

12. Coordinate with accounts team for timely vendor payments.

13. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality and delivery.

14. Assist in cost negotiation and vendor development.

15. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders - internal and external.

17. Maintain purchase and logistics data using MS Excel.

18. Handle any discrepancies in delivery, quantity, or quality.

19. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

20. Report to the Purchase Head and provide regular updates on tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Strong communication and mail drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement tools.
- Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing sector preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
