**Job Summary**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Teaching and Content Delivery: Conduct engaging and concept-focused classes for JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET aspirants. Teach topics in Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, Probability, and other relevant areas. Simplify complex mathematical concepts and provide problem-solving strategies for exam success.

Content Development: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality study materials, question banks, and assignments tailored to exam requirements. Prepare mock tests, quizzes, and practice problems that simulate real exam conditions. Regularly update teaching methods and content in line with the latest syllabus and exam trends.

Student Mentorship: Provide individualized support to students, helping them overcome learning challenges. Motivate students to improve problem-solving speed, accuracy, and conceptual understanding. Address doubts and conduct extra sessions for students requiring additional help.

Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student performance through regular tests and assignments. Analyze test results and offer constructive feedback to students and parents. Identify and address weak areas in students' performance.

Collaboration and Professional Development: Work closely with other faculty members to align teaching methodologies and share best practices. Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends. Participate in faculty training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

**Skills Required**:
In-depth knowledge of Mathematics topics covered in JEE, NEET (relevant calculations), and MHT-CET.

Strong teaching and presentation skills with the ability to make learning engaging.

Expertise in solving high-level problems and providing shortcut techniques.

Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their academic goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Proven experience teaching Mathematics for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET.

A track record of helping students achieve excellent results.

Familiarity with the latest trends in competitive exam preparation.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Mathematics or relevant field (preferred)

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
