**What does your day look like at Kappal?**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the freight forwarding department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues on time.
- Work with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and other logistics providers.
- Manage the booking, documentation, and tracking of shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

**What do we look for in you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
